Evermore Women’s Health is a physician-led women’s health practice focused on perimenopause and menopause care. Founded by board-certified OB/GYN Kristen Wolfe, MD, Evermore provides comprehensive, personalized care for women navigating midlife health changes—addressing symptoms, risk factors, and long-term wellbeing together. Care is delivered through a membership-based model that allows for greater availability and continuity over time. Evermore offers telemedicine care, with a physical location opening in Longmont in March 2026.
