Welcome to Balfour Longmont, a Kisco Community ideally located to serve seniors in the northern Boulder, southern Larimer, and western Weld counties of Colorado. The community's architecture and interior design reflect the rich history of Longmont and historical photographs, artwork, artifacts of high and low provenance are thoughtfully displayed throughout the 98,000 square foot building.
