Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate birthday parties, ensuring all activities are fun, safe, and well-organized for guests of all ages
• Engage children and guests with lively games, and entertainment that match the theme of each celebration
• Manage event logistics including setup, decorations, food service, and cleanup to guarantee seamless party execution
• Handle guest inquiries professionally, providing exceptional customer service and guest support throughout the event
• Enforce safety protocols diligently, including conflict management and emergency response procedures when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of party areas before, during, and after events
• Assist with cash handling for party packages or additional services in accordance with company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in events management or hosting parties is preferred; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for children and their families
• Previous experience working with children in settings such as camps, schools, or recreational programs is highly desirable
• Ability to communicate clearly through public speaking or storytelling to entertain and engage young audiences
• Experience in food service or hospitality environments is a plus; knowledge of resort or theater settings can be advantageous
• Lifeguard certification or experience is beneficial for safety oversight during water-related activities (if applicable)
