This Month's Host: La Mariposa!

La Mariposa is a family-owned Mexican restaurant in Northern Colorado (Longmont, Boulder, Greeley) serving authentic cuisine and hand-crafted margaritas since 1987. Known for its casual, welcoming atmosphere, it offers extensive fajita, seafood, and tequila options, along with rooftop dining and a weekend brunch.

Note: This event was previously going to be hosted Habitat ReStore, but due to changes we have moved it to La mariposa.
