Phoenix Rising Pilates is a Pilates studio owned and operated by Karyn (Steenstra) York in Fort Collins, Colorado and is excited to announce their newest location right in the heart of downtown Longmont at 633 Kimbark Street!

Phoenix Rising is a place to come and not only learn Pilates, but also to unlock the power you have within you to help heal your own body one step at a time. Learning a solid foundation of the work Joseph Pilates designed nearly 100 years ago to retrain your brain which in turn retrains you body, is imperative. It will help to strengthen the body as a whole while invigorate your spirit and wellness to soar toward new personal heights! It will complement all other movement modalities as well and is a major core strengthening concentrated workout!
